A 40 year old heterosexual man complains of an abnormal growth on his penis for the last few months. He is otherwise asymptomatic.

He denies a history of previous sexually transmitted infections, but has had several sexual partners over the last few years.

There are no visible intra-anal lesions.
Cytology is unremarkable.
VDRL Test
